As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, Unabated grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

All lines, odds, simulation ratings, trading tool outputs, simulation outputs, tool outputs, betting systems, other tool outputs, articles, videos, text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned by Unabated or its licensors, and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property and proprietary rights.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, Web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Unabated’s express prior written consent.

All materials contained or distributed in this website (the “Materials”) are owned by Unabated or its licensors. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Site or Unabated systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to the Site or to Unabated.

You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site or any transaction being conducted on the Site, or with any other person’s use of the Site.

You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal you send to Unabated on or through the Site or any service offered on or through the Site. You may not pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity.

You may not use the Site or any Content or Materials for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of Unabated or others.

Except for explicitly defined sharing functionality that Unabated may choose to provide within the Site or by express written consent from Unabated, you may not share the usage of your Unabated account the Site or its Content with any other party at any time or for any reason. You may also not create derivative works from the Site or its Content including but not limited to betting recommendations, setting lines as a sportsbook/exchange/other operation, suggesting/selling picks, articles, social media posts, simulation systems, ratings systems, or any other derivative work that Unabated deems at its sole discretion to be unacceptable use of the Site or its Content. Each account must be a one-to-one relationship between an individual person and an individual Unabated account.

You may not use the Site or any Content or Materials for betting in affiliation, organization, or coordination with, directly or indirectly, any sports betting operation, syndicate, market maker, club, fund, group, community, or other entity (collectively, "Betting Organization") which trades or bets into sports betting markets. In order to prevent interruptions in service, Unabated uses a recurring payment structure where memberships automatically renew until canceled by the customer. All memberships, including month-to-month, 6-month and 1-year packages automatically renew upon expiration. Once you cancel, you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period.

For example, if your billing cycle renews on the 17th of every month, and you cancel on the 24th, you’ll still have to pay for the current month, but you won’t be charged again after that. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

All membership sales are final.

Unabated offers special introductory rates on our memberships. Upgrades and Downgrades do not qualify for the introductory rate. Upgrades are effective immediately while downgrades occur on the next billing cycle so you always get what you paid for.

The introductory rate includes access to the respective membership level and automatically renews at the normal membership rate unless canceled by the customer.

It is the responsibility of the member to keep track of the account expiration date and cancel prior to renewal. Members can review their expiration date and/or cancel active memberships at any time by logging in and visiting the My Account page.

Unabated reserves the right to cancel all subscriptions and revoke access to any and all features of the Site at any time of its choosing and for any reason, upon which time the Subscriber would be notified of its cancellation.

You may cancel your membership to Unabated Sports at any time. You will continue to have access to the service for the remainder of your billing cycle. After canceling your membership, it will not be charged again.

To cancel your membership, simply login to your account, visit the Manage Subscription option located in the upper right corner, and follow the instructions for cancellation. When you cancel your membership, your membership will automatically end at the end of your current billing period. You can also cancel by contacting support@unabated.com.

You may cancel your membership to Unabated Sports at any time - however, there are no refunds for cancellation. Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.

If you are found to have violated any of the Terms stated in these Terms of Use, Unabated Sports at its sole discretion reserves the right to immediately cancel your membership without refund.
