NFL Week 17 Pick’em Contest Edges

We’re winding down pick’em season. Hopefully you’re in the catbird seat in your contest with a commanding lead. But if it’s close, let’s take a look at the NFL Week 17 pick’em contest edges.

The Colts are only -2.5 at RunYourPool against an Unabated line that’s at -3.5. It’s a full point around the 3 and better yet, only 48.8 percent of players are rolling with Indianapolis against the Raiders with Las Vegas coming off that Christmas Day victory over the Chiefs. 

To say nothing of double-digit margins on the Bengals, Bills and Chargers. All of those are games where around only 50 percent of players are using the teams with the edge. It’s a good week to hold serve if you’re leading the pack.

The top four plays at DraftKings are the same as RunYourPool. Hopefully you stayed off the Jets on the Thursday Night loss to Cleveland. The Lions and Giants both clock in at +6.5 against consensus lines that are thinner, though the Lions will be playing a Cowboys squad still scraping for seeding.

The SuperContest has you laying 12 on Buffalo with the consensus all the way out to two touchdowns. The Patriots are riding it out with Bailey Zappe while Buffalo is currently clinging to the sixth seed in the AFC. Denver and Jarrett “Kroger-brand Jason Statham” Stidham are the second-best edge at the SuperBook, laying -3 to the consensus -3.5.

Finally, at Circa, the best edge in the Millions was on the Jets. Which is just … never really a great sign, is it? Buffalo at -13 is a solid edge here, as is Baltimore at -3.There’s also an edge on Atlanta against Chicago in the Please Don’t Make Me Watch This Bowl.
