Andreescu returns to action in Beijing next week after being forced to withdraw from Montreal with a left ankle ligament tear last time out (July 29th). I mean, we work every day. We do exercises for our feet, ankles. Yes, we really can't explain it. Maybe it was the emotions. Maybe I was a little tired. I just stepped in a strange way. Yes, we can only say it was an unfortunate accident. That's all we can say." On trying to stay positive: "I try to maintain a positive attitude. Obviously, as I've been through this many times, I tend to think of the worst-case scenario. But I like to try to keep an open mind about these things, and then once they examine me and do the tests, which I couldn't do until the next day. Obviously, I wanted to see today how I felt to make a decision, and I feel better than yesterday, but not enough to play."
